The new padel clubs and golf simulator venues across Britain and Ireland: who has applied for planning, who has been approved and who is about to open. Built for the businesses that build, equip, insure and supply them.
A venue at planning stage hasn't chosen its court builder, simulators, booking system or insurer. By the time it's in the trade press, someone else usually has.
Public records and industry sources across Britain and Ireland, checked every day.
Is it a real new venue or a garden simulator? Which stage is it at: lodged, approved, opening or open? How many courts or bays? Anything that doesn't check out is left out.
Alerts twice a day on Business, a weekly email on Pro, or a free monthly round-up. Paid plans include the full web list and a spreadsheet download. Each signal links to its source.
Once a month is over, its venues go out free. By then most have chosen some of their suppliers. Pro subscribers get every new venue the week it appears, while there's still work to win.
Sent a month after the fact. Good for watching where the market is going.
Get the free round-upEvery new venue every Monday, with stage, courts or bays, the applicant and agent companies, and a link to the source.
Get ProPick a plan and we'll reply within one working day with your first issue and a payment link.
Public records and industry sources, checked by hand. Subscribers get a link to the original source for every venue, so they can check it themselves.
It's earlier. Most new venues appear in our feed months before anyone writes about them. Last quarter, 11 of the indoor golf venues we found were never covered by the news at all.
No personal contact details. We give the venue, the operator or applicant company where it's a business, and a link to the public record.
England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Spain and France are not covered yet.
Possibly. Some venues describe themselves vaguely or open with little notice. We check by hand and keep improving, but no list is complete. If you know of one we missed, tell us and we'll add it.
Yes, any time. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you're in; yearly plans run to the end of the year you've paid for.
